Custom Utility Leather Sheath

This custom handmade leather EDC sheath is made from heavy duty Grade A 8 - 9 ounce vegetable tanned leather. Our quality, price, and service stands out among the best.
We are custom crafters, and your sheath can be customized for your gear, your belt, and other customizations. We custom stain the leather a color of your choice: brown, black, mahogany, or left natural unstained. Stitching thread color options include a matching color to the stain, or a contrasting color if desired. Thread colors include: black, brown, white, tan, and we have other colors on hand, and if we don't have it we may be able to order the specific color if needed.
This design is made for two or three gear, but can be made to carry more pieces of gear. The advantage of this sheath design is that it has the option to add one or two compartments that can be stacked out front of the back row compartment(s).
In this compact sheath you can carry several tools in a smaller spaced design. Let us know if you have a preference for the order of what gear is placed to the front or back compartments and if you will wear it on the left or the right side. You can also choose to have this sheath design further upgraded with hand carving, basket weave pattern or pebble stamping, double stitching, or flap covered compartments if desired.
The sheath can be made to fit many models and size versions of small gear (multitools, plyers, flashlights, and pens, etc). If gear is larger than the smaller pocket size gear (usually between 2.5"- 5 1/2" in length), then the price will need to increase slightly to accommodate the additional leather and stitching. For example, if you want 3 sections for larger pocket size tools that are 5 1/2" to 8" in length, then please order the XL sheath option. If the dimensions of your gear is larger gear than 8" long, (or wider than 2" wide, or 1" thick), then please reach out to us in an email regarding your needs and what gear you want it made for and we will create an XXL compartment upgraded version for you.

Please choose your stain color, and the basic design options you need. Your custom sheath can also be personalized with your monogram initials, the American flag, or left plain.

Price variations for custom options reflect: the additional leather for the number of compartments you choose; stitching single or double rows of stitching; and handiwork for stamping or hand carving, etc. In addition to choosing various compartments, we can also upgrade those compartments with hidden compartments for bits or files, add flaps, add hardware such as D rings or Carabineers, and other upgrades. We can custom make other options and sizes for you, just let us know what you need. If you do not let us know what tools you need the sheath made for, and other custom details such as gear dimensions, we will make the sheath to the tools and compartments we use in the listing photos. Because these are handcrafted custom made products, no returns are accepted.

Shipping ranges from 1-3 weeks depending on the number of orders ahead of yours, and could add another week around the holidays. Please plan ahead and order the sheath with the custom details you want and we will do our best to make it happen. We ship priority mail through USPS using their "if it fits it ships" boxes. If you purchase additional items through us at the same time, and we can fit them into the same box, we will combine shipping for you. Orders over $35 receive FREE Shipping in the USA.
