Custom Handmade Nunchucks Leather Sheath (can be customized to other EDC gear/tools).

Beautiful handmade leather sheath. This sheath is heavy duty and will stand up to lots of use. This sheath is made from thick high grade 7 oz to 8 oz leather (We can make it heavier if requested for an upgrade cost). It is custom designed, hand cut, stained, (stamping optional), allowed to dry, saddle soaped, allowed to dry, glued, hole punched, hand stitched with waxed thread, wet formed to the gear, edges are stained and burnished, and finally it is preserved and conditioned with bees wax, and allowed to dry. Then carefully packaged and shipped to the customer. Each sheath is a custom handmade item so there is some variation. No two sheaths are exactly the same. Each animal lived a different life and each hide tells the story, whether it is bug bits, stretch marks, or a scar it received from rubbing on something or a fence, each hide has its own nuances that take stain and stretching differently, and no two bottles of stain are exactly the same, which results in a one of a kind unique leather sheath.

Pictured in the first photo of this listing is a mahogany sheath without a flap and it has been stamped on the front and back sides in a basket weave pattern.

If you order and don't let us know your gear size, we will make it to the gear we display in our photo which is about 12" x 1" and an average size belt. We can custom make other options and sizes for you, just let us know what you need. If this design doesn't work for you, I will work up a new listing with a new design and price for you. Just let me know what you need, and I can customize a sheath to fit what you are looking for. Email me the dimensions and a rough draft of what you are looking for. I will work up a template drawing and if you like it then we can proceed from there. Be sure to choose your color and any other options that might be listed. Shipping ranges from 1-5 days for items in stock or currently being finished up, and could add 1 week for items yet to be made, or up to 3 weeks for items yet to be designed and made. We ship priority mail through USPS using their "if it fits it ships" boxes. Once we mail a package, it usually takes 3 to 5 business days to be delivered, but may take a little longer depending on what state you live in. If you purchase additional items through us at the same time, and we can fit them into the same box, we will combine shipping for you. Orders over $35 receive FREE Shipping in the USA.
