Can't say enough about this American Crafted Company.When I initially placed my order and received my order extrordinarlly quickly,I did not like the color and asked if it could be darkened..They replied immediatly and requested the return of the product.They stayed in constant contact with me(daily) on the process,eventually determining that they were not satisfied with the outcome therefore they decided to start over with a new product which I received and am more than satisfied...Again,can't say enough about this Wonderful Customer Oriented Business.
