Custom Sheath for your Multitool and Flashlight EDC (Leatherman, Gerber, Maglite, etc).
Look great wearing your new belt sheath to keep your EDC handy and organized. Customized to your multitool and flashlight. This sheath makes a great gift too.
We use Premium Grade A Cow Hide Vegetable Tanned Leather to create our custom handcrafted sheaths. We make these sheaths with high grade 8-9 ounce leather that can be stained or left natural. This leather can also be stamped or hand carved if desired. We can create sheaths from other leathers per special request. Email us and let us know if you would like your sheath made from a different leather and check if we have it on hand or if we need to resource it before placing an order.
OPTIONS:
2 Pocket + 1 Flap sheath, unless other options selected. The flap and snap cover is on the multitool compartment. (You can also request no flap or multiple flaps.)

*Choose what multitool you want your tool compartment sized for from options in the listing, or email us ahead of ordering about the tools you have.
*Leave a note on your order of what flashlight you want your sheath customized to. If you don't specify a different flashlight on your order form, then the sheath will be made to fit a Maglite Mini or Mini Pro and similar sized 7/8" diameter flashlights as shown in the first listing photo. However, if you have a different light you want the sheath made for, be sure to let us know. Large light compartments are an upgrade.

Can also further customize with the optional monogram or American flag or leave them off. This design is similar to the sheath in the second photo in the listing.
*Bison option in this listing is for sheaths made from American Bison Leather. Bison sheaths are double layered. The inside is cow hide to retain shape of the gear compartments. The bison is glued to the cow hide and then stitched with a decorative stitching all around. Stitching of the flap is an upgrade. Double stitching for a decorative look is an upgrade.

*SpecialEmailHermanOak upgrade option in this listing is for a Leatherman Wave + Flashlight combo sheath with a flap made in Herman Oak leather and includes decorative stitching around the whole sheath (top, flap, bottom) rather than just the bottom. This is a higher grade crafting leather that is well known for carving. This leather can be stained stained or left natural.

Each sheath is unique, because the hide from each of the animals is unique. Some hides look like there is no imperfections, and some hides tell part of a story of the animals life, such as some hides show scars and some show bug bites or even the branding from the ranch they once lived on. Therefore, sheaths vary slightly in the finish and vary in design to fit the shape of gear. They are unique and they take stain and finish differently creating a unique sheath each and every time.
Each of our sheaths are handcrafted from quality Grade A leather. We custom design each sheath to fit our customer's gear. We create a design template based on the gear and custom details. Then we hand select the leather, hand cut the leather to the custom template design, wet and preform (and stamp or carve), allow to dry overnight, then hand stain the leather the color of choice, allow to dry over night, then saddle soap the stained leather to clean and condition the leather, allow to dry, hole punch each layer of the sheath, allow to dry, hand stitch the sheath with wax thread, wet form the sheath to each of the tool's dimensions provided to us by the customer, allow to shape and dry over night or as long as needed, then stain and burnish the edges, allow to dry, finally we aussie oil (or beeswax) the leather, and then take time to buff and shine each sheath. We check and re-check our handy work before packaging and shipping it out to our customer.
Generally ships in 1 to 4 weeks depending on the number of custom orders ahead of your order. Orders increase around the holidays, and shipping through the postal service during the holidays can take longer, so please plan ahead.

This piece is nothing short of exquisite. I had Mike and Melinda custom craft me a sheathe that I need for my profession. They listened to every minute detail I had in mind for the project and they executed it to perfection. It has an inside pocket which perfectly fits a soap stone which I use daily for laying out steel and various other materials. The quality of the leather is remarkable. It fits my flashlight perfectly. If there's anyone out there who lays out material often this is the sheathe for you. The custom lettering is amazing as well. And most importantly they were with me every step of the way and were very communicative and professional throughtout the entire process. Thank you very much. Highly recommended.
